Farmer Will & Jessie Wynter, are developing an innovative farm-to-fork food concept designed to connect consumers with local British farming while promoting community, transparency, and sustainability.
Following 12 weeks of audience cultivation and data gathering (7,000 sign-ups, >100k completed surveys/polls) we are seeking a seasoned Managing Director to help take the project from concept validation through to launch.
The Fractional MD will lead the pilot-to-scale journey, turning data-driven insights into a viable, operationally sound business.
The Role
You’ll oversee operations, partnerships, supply chain, and growth marketing, working closely with Farmer Will & Jessie Wynter to deliver a purpose-driven yet commercially robust launch.
Key Responsibilities
Lead pilot execution and transition to full national launch.
Define go-to-market, pricing, logistics and fulfilment strategy.
Manage core team across marketing, ops and customer engagement.
Oversee P&L, cashflow and investor updates.
Collaborate with Sweet Spot’s creative, digital and strategic leads.
Build partnerships with British producers and suppliers.
Ideal Candidate
7+ years’ experience in food, FMCG or DTC.
Proven start-up or early-stage leadership experience.
Strong operational and commercial grounding (launch, logistics, scale-up).
Fluent in DTC metrics (CAC, retention, contribution margin).
Passionate about sustainability, local produce and community engagement.

A new DTC grooming and skincare company co-founded by Ben Shephard and Joel Dommett.
The company combines real consumer insight, product efficacy and entertaining, transparent storytelling to bring men into the skincare conversation in a way that’s accessible, confident and relatable.
The journey to launch is being captured in a podcast and YouTube series, The Business Men documenting the brand’s creation in real time, building community and credibility from day one.
The Role
The Fractional MD will take the concept from validated idea to commercial launch, leading operations, strategy, performance and team management.
You’ll work closely with Sweet Spot and the founders to convert creative energy into commercial traction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee launch strategy, pilot and transition to full commercial rollout.
Manage eCommerce, CRM and performance marketing functions.
Lead supply chain, manufacturing and fulfilment setup.
Own P&L, forecasting, cashflow and investor relations.

Ideal Candidate

Ecommerce Manager
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly skilled eCommerce Manager to oversee DTC growth across Sweet Spot’s celebrity-founded portfolio.
The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with hands-on digital expertise, balancing strategic planning with daily execution.
You’ll manage eCommerce operations, CRM strategy and conversion optimisation across multiple Shopify sites, working closely with brand MDs, creative, and performance teams to deliver measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the eCommerce strategy and daily trading performance across all brands.
Manage website development, CRO, merchandising, analytics and reporting.
Develop and execute CRM strategies (Klaviyo) to drive retention, repeat purchase and LTV.
Oversee paid media performance (Meta, Google, TikTok) via agency or in-house teams.
Collaborate with creative, content and brand teams to align campaigns with commercial goals.
Use data insights to inform optimisation, customer journeys and A/B testing.
Report weekly on sales, CAC, retention and overall eCommerce KPIs.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years’ experience in eCommerce or DTC consumer goods (beauty, wellness, food or lifestyle preferred).
Deep understanding of Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4 and performance dashboards.
Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate data into action.
Experience managing or collaborating with performance marketing teams.
Familiarity with acquisition funnels, retention loops and multi-brand portfolio management.

Working in a ‘writer’s room’ style team, you’ll help develop, craft and execute across marketing campaigns, product launches, and key events.
You'll be highly skilled in producing a variety of content types tailored to each venture, including:
Brand Mission Content: Story-driven videos, articles, and visuals that communicate the core values and vision of each brand.
Product-Focused Content: Engaging product showcases, tutorials, reviews, and launch announcements that highlight features and benefits.
Expertise-Oriented Content: Informative blogs, infographics, and explainer videos that position the ventures as authorities in their fields.
Tactical and Interactive Content: Campaigns, polls, quizzes, live Q&A sessions, and user-generated content to drive audience interaction and engagement.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content creation skills.Expertise in creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
